Let’s go through Information Guide 3: Stress Build Up – Switching Off – Our Left & Right Brain Hemispheres.  Allowing you to download, ground and integrate the knowledge and wizdom in preparation for Part 2.

With Out A Positive Release – Stress Build Up: Without a positive release, emotional stress and physical energy can build up inside, leading us to feel tension, frustration, anger, fatigue, disengagement, burnout, poor-concentration, loss of focus, overwhelming our brain, we can experience many negative reactions to stress. Unaware of our left and right brain hemispheres that control separate aspects of our cognitive functions that can dictate certain personality traits. Our Left & Right Brain Hemispheres:  Many of us can be more dominant in the left or right brain hemispheres, unaware of how to active both left, right and whole brain function. More dominant left brainer’s are logical, analytical, linear thinkers, good with math, often in a career such as an accountant, scientist or computer programmer.

More dominant right brainer’s are spontaneous, creative and more emotional than left-brainers, intuitive, good at problem solving, comfortable with the unknown, compassionate and more connected to the heart.

When Our Right Brain Switches Off:  When managing excessive stress and fear, using excess technology, experiencing the brain zapping EMF’s – low energy electromagnetic frequencies, along with reactive programming, social conditioning, information overload and over stimulation, can be emotionally challenging, leaving many of us struggling to process the constant data and input. It’s the right brain that absorbs sensory information, and when experiencing information overload and over stimulation, our right brain hemisphere can switch off. This can lead us to blocked pathways in the brain, poor concentration and memory, our reactive amygdala caveman part of the brain blocks the pathway to critical thinking, emotional awareness and heart-mind intelligence.

More Left Brain Dominant – Stuck In Our Heads: Many of us more left brain dominant can get stuck in our heads, experiencing; cognitive dissonance, when challenged to change our beliefs, we can struggle with emotions, the over sensitivity of uncomfortable in conversations, we can switch off – freeze, flight – run away or fight, becoming bullish and aggressive. Experiencing the self-absorbed ego that takes itself serious and is easily offended. Becoming left brain dominant we can struggle to process our thoughts, feelings and emotions, or through our beliefs and fear, we can experience many negative reactions to stress and patterns of behaviour.

Left Brain Intellect > Integrating the Intellect With Our Intuition: Becoming left brain dominant we can struggle to ingrate our left brain intellect with our right brain intuition, lacking whole brain function, along with reactive mind programming and social conditioning we can experience the internal conflict of the mind thinking and our hearts deeper sense of knowing.

THE CHOICE > TO REACT OR RESPOND

Moving From Reaction > Response: Life can test us everyday in many different ways, and now we are more aware about life’s stress, the demands, pressures, problems and issues, along with technology, EMF’s – low energy electromagnetic frequencies. Without a positive release and process, stress can build up inside and learning to deal with our thoughts, feelings and emotions can be challenging.  We always have the choice to react or respond, catching a situation early is key to moving from reaction back to response, thinking and feeling it through, dealing with emotion, energy in motion, going through the process. Below: Let’s get a little insight in to our behaviour patterns when it comes to stress, as an exercise, ask yourself the questions below to get some self awareness.
