I dedicate this book to my mum, who struggled with her mental health and was heavily medicated, experiencing 8 electric shock treatments in the 1970’s. Experiencing a broken home and separation, myself and my young brother were taken into a children’s home, growing up in the system from 1974 – 1983. My young sister fostered from birth. The rest is history.

Learning to feel, sense and be, developing their inner-sense and heart-mind intelligence, empowering their imagination, vision and purpose.
Sportsman, Coach and Mentor With Over 35 Years Experience: Born in Hull, UK, in 1968, separated through family difficulties, I grew up in children’s home from the age of 6 to 15 (1974-1983). Experiencing a mental breakdown and emotional break through around the age of 17-18, 1985/86, I connected to the universal flow of potential that would guide me through life – which I share in my first self-published book, ‘Activating Flow’. Taking control, I would go on a journey of healing and self-discovery, taking the journey from the head back to the heart. With over 35 years experience as a former professional athlete, sportsman, coach and mentor, retiring from professional boxing in 1997, I found my calling working in alternate learning with young people experiencing emotional challenging behaviour. Whilst developing my BoxWize Skills concept, teaching young people the boxing fundamentals with no contact, how to control, release and channel emotional stress and physical energy positively, I discovered brain gym.
Headucation – Big Pharma Stress Factories: Switching Off – Designer Labels ADD, ADHD: Discovering the left and right hemispheres of the brain, and how through experiencing excessive stress, information overload, the over stimulation through technology, the inability to process through thoughts feelings and emotions and lack of physical movement would lead to the right brain switching off. The headucation system like Big Pharma stress factories, working in alternative learning, I was seeing more and more young people were emotionally withdrawn or emotionally acting, designer labels like ADD and ADHD becoming more popular. Young people medicated in their emotional confusion, switched off and stuck in their heads, I was learning and teaching them to switch on and tune in, improving emotional awareness, heart-mind intelligence and skills for life. Studying stress, human biology and behaviour for over 28 years, I created my concept ‘Human Technology’.
Youth Projects – Premiership Soccer – Great Britain Rugby League – Boxing World Champions: Developing BoxWize, sharingmy life experience, guest speaking, delivering stress management presentations, working in alternative learning, transmission units within mainstream schools, with youth projects and the Hull Youth Justice for over 9 years (2004-2013) successfully preventing reoffending. Working with athletes and sports stars from the English Premiership soccer league, to Great Britain rugby league, setting boxing world title camps for Paul Ingle, IBO and IBF Featherweight World Champion and Stevie Smith, IBC World Light Weight World Champion. Putting on BoxWize Challenge World Record Events, promoting my work and supported by top sports people and featured in the UK press/media on ITV, BBC, SKY TV and SKY NEWS.
Edmonton – Alberta Canada: The EnergyWize University Of Life: Coming from the UK to Edmonton, Canada to live, work and be with my son Lucian since 2014, the core of my work as been with children and youth, working with high level youth hockey players, guest speaking in the schools of Edmonton, working with YESS, the youth Empowerment Support Services – Homeless Shelter. Switching on and tuning in, our human technology is activating, our hearts electromagnetic, like transmitters and receivers we are interconnected to the electromagnetic universe, now integrating with the quantum consciousness technology, reconnecting us to the god source power within. Upgrading our bright response software, emotional awareness and heart-mind intelligence on our internal hard drive and operating system, humanity is on the journey from the head back to the heart, from fear to love, from dark to light.
