ACTIVATE YOUR FLOW – RELEASE THE POWER WITHIN!

‘Activating Flow, Releasing The Power Within’ was released December 2022. Sharing my life’s journey, experiencing a mental break down, emotional break through around 1985/86, I connected to the universal flow of potential. Taking the journey from the head back to the heart, I share the the 3 stages of acting flow. Stage 1 – Reaction: Dealing with my past, I share my life experience, the wounded child, stuck in my head head, controlled by my reactive patterns of behaviour. Stage 2 – Response: How boxing was my greatest shift, developing The BoxWize Skills System, integrating brain gym, learning to switch on heart-mind intelligence, finding purpose through my work, going on the journey of healing and recovery. Stage 3 – Switch On, Tuning In: How through my break down and break through in 1985/86, connecting to the universal flow of potential that as guided me throughout life, finding a deeper purpose and truth to share my journey and perspective.
