When learning to exercise a positive release, finding our passion through movement, exercise, dancing, athletics, a martial arts or in training and preparation and sports, we can activate our natural neuro feel good chemicals and get high on our own supply!. Experiencing the natural neuro feel good chain effect, pushing through a good workout, moving through the discomfort and beyond the pain we can experience the natural high of endorphins. More energized and in control, we can manage stress and pressure more successfully, feeling inspired to exercise a more healthier lifestyle. Eating good to feel good, we can experience serotonin, the positive mood stabilizer, boosting wellbeing and improved sleep. Feeling motivated, taking action, moving through the process of taking on life’s challenges, we can experience dopamine, the reward feel good chemical.

When we feel more alive and passionate about life, oxytocin ‘the love hormone’ levels go up. We feel more connected and confident, trusting, living from the heart we can build deeper and stronger relationships with friends and loved ones.

We Have 3 Brains: The Head, Head-Mind, Gut Instinct: Our 3 brains can all synergistically work together. The Head: Is the master of processes such as thinking, perception, cognition and language. The Heart: Is where we feel emotion, where we intrinsically process our deep emotions, develop our values and the way we feel about relationships. Getting On The Right Wave Length – Beta > Alpha > Theta > Delta > Gamma: Experiencing the world through our senses, developing our positive energy, learning to switch on and tune in, getting on the right wave length key. Beta BrainWaves are associated with a heighten state of alertness, enabling problem solving and decision making, however, spending too long in beta brainwaves can put us in a high stress state, creating anxiety and the inability to relax. Alpha BrainWaves occur when we are calmer, relaxed, in the moment increasing our learning capability. Being in alpha state, we are vulnerable to reactive mind programming and social conditioning, influencing negative behaviours, and subliminal messaging, billions spent on advertising to get our attention and hijack our senses, buy, buy, buy!.

Theta Brain Waves occur more often in deep, deep meditation, healing and more common in infants and children, like the inner child, in our inner sense, intuition, imagination and the creative flow, free from the external world of conditioning. Delta Brain Waves are experienced in a deep state, such as transcendental, allowing natural healing and said to be the source of empathy. With Gamma Brain Waves we can feel a heightened awareness, peak focus and expanded consciousness. Actively engaged in our emotional intelligence, creative solution seeking and mental processing, helping to shift and change our perspective. The Flow State: The gateway between Alpha to Theta is recognized as ‘getting in ‘the zone’, also known as the flow state. The truth is, we generally experience these different brainwaves at different times throughout our day, often connecting with people who are on the same wave length.

Stress: Amygdala brain > Prefrontal cortex > Heart-mind intelligence: Now we are aware of our human biology and human technology being one, let’ look at the process of critical thinking when experiencing stress. The truth is in today’s world there is no wooly mammoth, just different levels of intensity, stress and emotions to manage. When dealing with the demands, pressures, our challenges or issues, experiencing our old reactive caveman software, freeze, flight, fight and fawn, when the reactive amygdala part of the brain senses no danger as just a process, it relaxes opening a gateway to the prefrontal cortex for critical thinking.

Staying in control: Managing our hypothalamus – our emotional regulator, preventing the adrenalin and cortisol to flood in to our endocrine system, with our parasympathetic response system staying calm. Developing Our Ability to Respond: More present and in the moment, open to feeling, sensing and processing through our thoughts, feelings and emotions, energy in motion, we can develop emotional awareness and our ability to respond, learning to use our heart-mind intelligence.

Human Technology: Thoughts Electric – Emotions Magnetic & Like Frequencies – We Give Off a Vibration: Our energy system and flow is interconnected to the electromagnetic universal flow. Our thoughts electric, emotions magnetic (when like attracts like) and like frequencies, we all have an electromagnetic output giving off a vibration. Switched on and tuned in, like transmitters and receivers, our hearts are electromagnetic processors, what we put out in to the universe comes back, what we think about, we bring about, where the heart-mind goes, the energy flows, with the power to co-create our future.
